Chinese Flowers
This painting titled Chinese Flowers was composed using the principles in The Grammar of Chinese Ornament by Owen Jones. The painting took a long time to paint but was quite absorbing. It looks like a rug and I think of it as a magic carpet that can take me away from the unpleasant things that life sometimes brings.
